RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ORDER CONFIRMATION & POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By placing an order with Sophia Noelle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Return & Refund Policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed and accepted our return conditions and timelines.

  • You agree to follow the return process outlined below.

  • In the event of a dispute or chargeback, this policy and all related order documentation may be used as supporting evidence.


RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Only standard product inspection and handling may have occurred.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, misuse, damage, or alteration not caused by us.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Your full name and shipping address

  • Photos of the item if damaged or defective

Please wait for return instructions before shipping your item.

Unauthorized returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until your return has been completed.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund where appropriate

In certain situations, returning the defective product may not be necessary.

Replacement requests are generally processed within 7–14 business days.


LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist with a suitable resolution where applicable.

If a package is:

  • refused upon delivery,

  • unclaimed,

  • or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer,

a processing and shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting:

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return procedure after delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

If you experience any issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us first so we can work toward a fair resolution.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we may provide relevant supporting documentation to the payment provider, including:

  • Order confirmations

  • Tracking information

  • Communication history

  • Product photos where applicable

Submitting a chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution process.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Returns are processed through our international fulfillment center.

  • Shipping fees and handling costs are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

  • Hygiene-sensitive or visibly used items may not be eligible for return.
